Warwick is fast becoming the 'horse power' capital of Australia with its blend of horse and motor sports events.

For those wanting to enjoy a quiet horse ride, Bestbrook Mountain Resort offers horse riding in enclosed yards or among the foothills of the Great Dividing Range.  Cherrabah Resort offers supervised horse rides through stunning native countryside. See the thrills and spills at the Warwick Rodeo and Campdraft event each October.  The Warwick Rodeo is one of the largest rodeo events in Australia drawing thousands of participants and spectators to the town each year.

Stanthorpe also hosts rodeo and horse events as part of the Stanthorpe Show in February.  Warwick's Morgan Park facilities include a world class centre for polocrosse and eventing.  Morgan Park is home to the Warwick Horse Trials Club, Warwick Polocrosse Club and the Carriage Driving Club.
