Media Familiarisations
We are more than happy to assist you with suggesting ideas or putting an itinerary together for a visit to the region. Famils can be experience based (Food and Wine, Great Outdoors, History and Heritage), centered on a specific event or a cross section of product to give an overview of what the region has to offer. We can tailor an itinerary to suit your needs. Most tourism operators are eager to host media famils to showcase their products. The more notice you can give us the better, but we also specialise in quick turn arounds to meet your deadlines.

The quickest and easiest way to access photos of the Southern Downs and Granite Belt is via the
Tourism Queensland Image Library
where you will find a range of high res images of the region. SDGBRT also has a selection of other images, so feel free to email your image requests to
marketing@sdgb.com.au and we will be happy to assist. If you use any of our images, the appropriate credit must accompany each image: "Courtesy of Tourism Queensland" and/or "Courtesy of Southern Downs and Granite Belt Regional Tourism".
