Occasionally accidents or maintenance affect some roads leading to/from the Southern Downs and Granite Belt.  Also during periods of severe weather conditions we recommend you check road conditions prior to travel by using the links below.

We recommend using the RACQ Trip Planner in plotting your travels and you can also call one of the local Information Centres for information about local roads, however highway and main roads information is best sourced from 13 19 40.
